Summary

The structure of symptoms was assessed in 3130 neurotic patients with the use of scales of the symptom check-list "0". The high comorbidity of symptoms characteristic for different neurotic syndromes was found. The author discusses the usefulness of the check-list method in the process of diagnosing and monitoring psychotherapy.
