Depressiveness of father's and emotional functioning of child with intellectual disability 549
Streszczenie
Wyniki licznych badań wskazują na wzajemny związek pomiędzy depresyjnością rodziców a problemami adaptacyjnymi dziecka.
Cel badania: celem badania było znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy poziom depresyjności badanych ojców ma wpływ na emocjonalne funkcjonowanie dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną.
Metoda: w badaniu uczestniczyli ojcowie i ich dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Do badania poziomu depresyjności wykorzystano Kwestionariusz Depresyjności becka oraz Inwentarz Depresyjności M. Kovacs. Wyniki: uzyskane wyniki wskazują wyraźnie na związek pomiędzy depresyjnością badanych ojców a poziomem depresyjności badanych dzieci. Poziom depresyjności ojców miał wpływ na funkcjonowanie dziecka z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną w zakresie następujących obszarów: obniżony nastrój, problemy interpersonalne, anhedonia, negatywna samoocena.
Summary
The results of numerous researches indicated an interdependence between parent's depressiveness and difficulties in adaptation in children. Aim: The aim of this research was to find answer to question: was depressiveness in fathers have an influence on emotional functioning (depressiveness and anxiety) of the child with intellectual disability. Method: The subjects were fathers and their children with intellectual disability. The Beck Depression Inventory and The Children's Depression Inventory M. Kovacs were used. Results: The results indicated clearly that father's depressiveness exert influence on rate of depression in children with intellectual disability. Father's level of depressiveness had on influence on dysphonic mood, interpersonal problems, anhedonia, negative self-esteem in children with intellectual disability. |
