Streszczenie

Autorki zastanawiają się nad tym co rozumiemy pod pojęciem "diagnozy systemowej" i czy samo to określenie jest poprawne logicznie i zgodne z wiedzą merytoryczną. Diagnoza jest rezultatem "procesu diagnozowania", który zakłada istnienie działającego podmiotu (czyli diagnosty) i przedmiotu diagnozy (czyli pacjenta indywidualnego bądź zbiorowego, np. rodziny), miedzy którymi musi zaistnieć specyficzna relacja określana jako "skośna". Zastanawiają się także, do którego elementu tego procesu odnosi się postulat systemowości - czy do diagnosty czy do przedmiotu diagnozy, relacji między nimi, czy też efektu tego procesu? Autorki wskazują także na istotny wpływ konstruktywizmu i konstrukcjonizmu społecznego na proces diagnozy systemowej.

Summary

The authors discuss the concept of systemic diagnosis and its logical and scientific validity. A diagnosis is the result of the "diagnostic process", with the presence of the acting object (the person making the diagnosis) and the subject (the individual or group patient, such as family), between whom there is a skew relation. They also wonder, to which part of this diagnostic process is the term "systemic" applied - to the clinician or to the subject of the diagnosis, their relation or the effect of the process. The authors also stress the crucial effect of the constructivism and social constructionism on the process of the systemic diagnosis.
