Autorka wyjaśnia podstawowe pojęcia koncepcji psychodramy Morenowskiej. W powyższym artykule prezentuje stanowisko, wg którego kreatywne techniki psychodramy znacząco przyspieszają proces psychoterapii.

Summary.

This is the part of the lecture delivered by the author at 8-th International Psychodrama Conference in Cracow, in September 2005. The author presents spontaneity and creativity - the basic ideas of Jacob Moreno's psychodrama. She describes these aspects of creativity in psychodrama, like playfulness, dialogue, narrative, inspiration of spiritual life, and the integration of approaches which, following Adam Blatner, facilitate the process of psychotherapy. For the author the most important factors which release creativity is the feeling of safety, clear limits, the role of the leader and work with imagination and dreams.
