Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawione są podstawowe założenia teorii przywiązania ze zwróceniem uwagi na
dynamikę kształtowania się różnych typów przywiązania oraz ich znaczenie dla funkcjonowania
społecznego w dorosłym życiu. Opisane są niektóre konsekwencje psychopatologiczne
prezentowanych wzorców więzi. Wskazana jest użyteczność wiedzy z zakresu przywiązania w
budowaniu relacji terapeutycznej i konstruowaniu celów terapii.
Summary
The article presents the main ideas and the application of M. Ainsworth's theory to psychotherapeutic
practice. The dynamics of formation of different types of attachment was characterized - the author
describes the nature of attachment and its meaning for mental health in adulthood. The review of
literature points that the disorder presented during Strange Situations is the determinant of future
difficulties, which are connected to cognitive-affective regulation and to the search for and use of
social support. The results are found to be meaningful for problems of psychotherapy. |
